This is the worst season for the Dallas Cowboys since 2020, when they went 6-10 without making the playoffs. Over the course of the 2021-2023 seasons, they won at least 12 regular season games each year. While it was an impressive stretch, it didn’t result in a Super Bowl appearance.
It is possible that Dallas players are taking things less seriously now that the team is 3-7 and out of playoff contention
However, one former Dallas legend thinks it is time to move on from everyone, including the owner.
“He Needs To Go” Cowboys See 36-Year-Old Legend Give Up On Jerry Jones

According to Leonard Francis Agbator of SportsKeeda:
Former Cowboys receiver Dez Bryant has joined those who have voiced their criticism for the team’s performance this season. In a Tweet Tuesday, Bryant gave his opinion regarding the Cowboys’ 2024 campaign:
I’m the @dallascowboys to the heart. If I’m the Cowboys, I’d fire everyone after this season. There’s young, hungry talent in the upcoming draft. Also, I’d consider @DeionSanders as the next head coach.

Can you convince Jerry to make @TroyAikman GM

As long as JERRY JONES is breathing down the coach’s neck, the COWBOYS WILL NOT SUCCEED! Sad to say because I kind of like Jerry jones , but he should make it very clear that he just wants to quietly sit in his eagles nest watching his team play! No
Matter what!!— Eric Braeden (@EBraeden) November 19, 2024
