Ohio State and Penn State are playing in one of the biggest games of the year, and at the half, the Buckeyes are up 14-10.
One of Ohio State’s touchdown drives was led by a horrible play by one of the Penn State defenders when the Nittany Lions defense had already got the Buckeyes off the field on third down, and cornerback Elliot Washington decided he wanted to step over Buckeyes wide receiver Carnell Tate like former NBA player Allen Iverson did to Tyronn Lue.

Washington received a 15-yard taunting penalty, which gave the Buckeyes a first down, which they turned into an easy touchdown score.
Many college football fans were in shock after what Washington did, and here are some of their reactions.

College football would be so much better without dumb penalties, the worst of which is Targeting

Elliot Washington goes Ty Lue and then Ohio State scores a TD. Just undisciplined football by PSU.
