Christian McCaffrey’s wife, Olivia Culpo, recently posted a head-turning picture of herself holding a half-finished bottle of Corona beer with her father. The Corona in question was obviously non-alcoholic, with Culpo being pregnant in her second trimester.
McCaffrey and Olivia Culpo, a former Miss Universe and Miss USA, have been together since 2019 and got married last year. Culpo who has been battling endometriosis for a long time underwent surgery for the same some time back, and the pregnancy has even more meaning for her because of this.
“My drinking buddy has arrived,” Olivia Culpo captioned her Instagram post, showing her non-alcoholic Corona beer with her dad, Peter Culpo.
On the other hand, Christian McCaffrey will be getting ready for the upcoming NFL season with the San Francisco 49ers, who he plays for as a running back. McCaffrey has been with the team since 2022 and before that played for the Carolina Panthers from 2017 to 2022 after being selected by the team as the eighth pick in the very first round of the draft.
Before stepping foot into the league, McCaffrey played college football for the Stanford Cardinal from 2014 to 2016. In the 2023 NFL season, the 28-year-old running back was crowned NFL Offensive Player of the Year. In the previous NFL season, McCaffrey managed a total of 50 carries for 202 yards after an injury-riddled year.
Christian McCaffrey Shows Up To OTAs To Prep For 2025 NFL Season
Meanwhile, Christian McCaffrey was spotted at the San Francisco 49ers organized team activities in preparation for the upcoming NFL season. Speaking to reporters at the event, McCaffrey seemed to be full of hope and promise.
“I’m feeling great. It’s been such a smooth process, a lot of hard work. As soon as that injury happened in Buffalo, that was my goal was to not miss a day of OTAs, be back, ready to go with nothing hindering me. And that’s where I’m at.” Christian McCaffrey said to reporters at the OTAs, along with the rest of the San Francisco 49ers.
McCaffrey had a crazy season last year, injuring his Achilles tendon on both sides, and then injuring his right knee. After being sidelined for a majority of the season, the running back has been desperately trying to rehabilitate and seems to be in top working condition. McCaffrey also told reporters that the San Francisco 49ers hope to prove everyone wrong after a lackluster season last year.
