The Kansas City Chiefs will certainly be motivated to get back to the Super Bowl in 2025. The Philadelphia Eagles dismantled the team from the jump in Super Bowl 59.
However, fans are currently wondering why one wide receiver suddenly retired to pursue a completely different career.
“What Is He Doing?” Chiefs Fans React To Sudden Retirement

According to our very own Robin Adams of Gridiron Heroics:
Former Kansas City Chiefs WR Kadarius Toney Has Retired from the NFL to Be a Rapper.
Toney, of course, was a former first round pick of the New York Giants. However, he never reached his potential in New York and was traded to the Chiefs midway through the 2021 season.
Again, though, Toney never lived up to his potential. His time in Kansas City was marred with dropped passes and incomprehensible penalties that left many fans scratching their heads.
Toney spent the 2024 season with the Cleveland Browns, but appeared in just three games and recorded no catches. He was targeted just once.
This year, the former first round pick and Super Bowl Champion will not be playing in the NFL at all. Instead, he has embarked on a new career in music:

Fans were quick to react to this career change:
He pretty much sounds like most of the other mumble rappers… So he has just as good a shot as the rest of them!
