Former NFL quarterback and former MVP Cam Newton is expecting a new baby, and his girlfriend, Jasmin Brown, recently shared an important update on social media.
In a post on Instagram, Jasmin Brown, Cma newton’s girlfriend, shared a photo of herself showing off her third-trimester baby bump.
Brown captioned her post: “Big MAMA 😍🥰😋🤍.”

Brown shared the first news of her second pregnancy last May in time for Mother’s Day. The new baby would be her second child with Newton.
NFL star Cam Newton and Jasmin Brown have built a relationship that’s as emotionally layered as it is public-facing. The two met each other in 2021 through mutual connections. Around 2022, the two made headlines as a couple and had appeared together at high-profile events like the Milan Fashion Week and the Kentucky Derby.
Despite Cam already coming from past relationships with children from it, Jasmin proved to be capable of handling the unconventional family setup that their relationship brings.. Cam, already a father to children from previous relationships with Kia Proctor and La Reina Shaw, has praised the harmony Jasmin brings to their blended and extended family.
Cam Newton Shares Advice to NFL Players on Personal Branding
Former NFL MVP Cam Newton recently gave his honest advice to current NFL players when it comes to personal branding and having a career outside of football. Speaking at the NFL’s annual Player Personal Branding and Social Workshop in Los Angeles, Newton stressed the importance of building a personal brand that can outlast their time in the field as professionals.
“Use [football] as a tool, not as oxygen,” Newton told young NFL players during a breakout session. “It’s cool, but once you’ve leveraged your access and leveraged who you are, that can pay you dividends for years to come.”

The ex-quarterback also encouraged athletes to take advantage of the exposure they are receiving now to create future opportunities. As Newton shared, being a professional football player is the first step, but there is more to it.
The rest of the event revolved around branding, entrepreneurship, and digital storytelling. Executives like YouTube’s Kim Larson also spoke with current NFL players about discovering their authentic voice and thinking entrepreneurially while they are still working.
While Cam Newton never officially retired from the NFL, he announced in 2024 that is “a football player no more.” He played for 11 seasons overall, playing most of it with the Carolina Panthers.
