The 2025 NFL season is still months away, but it’s never too early for Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills to start preparing for another campaign. The superstar quarterback set a great example for his team when he showed up, along with others, for the first week of Buffalo’s voluntary workouts.
The Bills shared some snapshots of the workouts via their official Instagram account and captioned them with “Back in the lab.”
The post showed photos of Allen, Dion Dawkins, Khalil Shakir, Spencer Brown, Ja’Marcus Ingram and Dane Jackson working out, as the Bills look to bounce back stronger from their AFC Championship Game loss at the hands of Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs.
As expected, fans had a lot to say about the post, with many commenting about Allen.
“josh looks like he’s ready for that super bowl. Shakir look like he’s ready for that OPOY”
“i love u josh allen !”
“Wowie zowie Josh mmmm🥰”
“MVP and still shows up to Voluntary Workouts with something to prove – LFG 🦬”
“My sweet prince Joshua Patrick Allen”
“My king Josh”
Allen, Buffalo Bills still chasing a Super Bowl

Allen is coming off his best season yet in the NFL, one that won him a Most Valuable Player award. But he and the Bills are still missing a Vince Lombardi Trophy, something that they are expected to be among the top contenders for again in the 2025 NFL season.
The Bills went 13-4 in the last campaign and defeated the Denver Broncos and the Baltimore Ravens in the playoffs before suffering yet another playoff debacle at the hands of the Chiefs.
Allen passed for 3,731 passing yards and 28 touchdowns against only six interceptions, while rushing for 531 yards and 12 touchdowns in 17 games in 2024.
