Former Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown was a sixth-round pick (195th overall) in the 2010 NFL Draft from Central Michigan. Brown emerged onto the scene as an elite wide receiver during his second season in the NFL.

Throughout his career, he was one of the best wide receivers in the NFL. Brown played for the Steelers from 2010 to 2018. He played for the New England Patriots in 2019 and also played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2020 and 2021, but that was the end of his football career after that.
Former Pittsburgh Steelers Wide Receiver Antonio Brown Named To All PFF Team Over the Last 25 Years

Jonathan Marci of profootballfocus.com created his all pff team over the past 25 years in the NFL. To no surprise, he had Brown as one of his three wide receivers on the list. The other two receivers who made it were Tyreek Hill and Julio Jones. Marci said of Brown being named to the pff team,
“(94.9 Career PFF Grade)
Brown is the highest-graded wide receiver in the PFF era, doing so as the ultimate target earner across his 12 NFL seasons, with the highest career target rate (27.1%) among 181 qualifying wide receivers since 2006.
In 2015, Brown was the first player in the PFF era to see more than 200 targets in a season (playoffs included). He delivered 1,953 yards and the highest PFF receiving grade in a season (92.6) at the time. Brown ranks in the top five at his position since 2006 in career yards per route run (2.45), yards after the catch (4,903) and overall receiving yards (13,209).”
He played in 146 games in his NFL career. Brown had 928 receptions for 12,291 yards receiving and 83 touchdowns, along with averaging 13.2 yards per reception. He also was targeted 1407 times. The former Steelers wide receiver led the NFL in receiving yards twice in his NFL career.
Brown had 1,698 yards receiving in 2014 and 1,533 yards receiving in 2017. He had 129 receptions in 2014 and 136 receptions in 2015 which also led the NFL. In 2018, Brown led the NFL in receiving touchdowns with 15.
He will not be eligible for the Hall of Fame until 2027. It is going to be interesting to see if the former Steelers player is going to get in on the first try. Brown was one of the best wide receivers in the NFL during his time period and despite some of his off the field issues, he should be a first ballot of fame player and there is a reason why PFF thinks he is one of the greatest wide receivers over the last 25 years in the NFL.
