The Buffalo Bills are coming from a huge win against the New York Jets, giving them sole possession of first place in the AFC East. Buffalo has been rumored to target a wide receiver by the trade deadline to add more depth and a veteran presence, and the team has finally made a trade for a five-time Pro Bowler.
Buffalo Bills Trade for Receiver
The Bills have traded for Cleveland Browns star receiver Amari Cooper to add to their receiving room. Buffalo sent a third-round pick in a pick swap to acquire the star receiver, and they now have a veteran presence on the offense.

Cooper was heavily rumored to be traded since the start of the season since the Browns have struggled to get anything going offensively, and the receiver showed major interest in signing with another team. The Bills and the Kansas City Chiefs seemed like the top favorites to land him, and it looks like Buffalo won him over.
Amari Cooper Career
The veteran receiver has amounted to 9,736 receiving yards and 62 touchdowns throughout his career and has been selected to five Pro Bowls. The Browns recently restructured Cooper’s contract so that he would be easier to trade. Cooper’s production has significantly decreased since being in Cleveland, so now with Josh Allen as his quarterback, he could get back to his old self.
Do you think the Bills made the right move in signing Cooper?
