Quarterback Josh Allen has been having a remarkable season on the field. Now he is having one off of it too.

During his proposal to girlfriend and star actress Hailee Steinfeld, Josh Allen was filled with emotion:
The Buffalo Bills quarterback knows all about pressure and usually shows up when it matters on the field.
He felt different pressure this time as he got ready to take his relationship to the next level.
Despite thoroughly planning how he would propose, Josh Allen outlined his anxiety about the proposal in Steinfeld’s newsletter “Beau Society.”
“I was very nervous,” he told Steinfeld during a Q&A the couple recorded.
He was so nervous that he would be brought to tears multiple times that day.
“I think I was most nervous about you finding out about the proposal. It was hard to keep secrets from you and have other people in your life keep secrets from you. Then multiple times throughout the day a song would come on and I would tear up thinking about how special our day was going to be.”
