The Buffalo Bills are looking to get back in the win column this week after suffering their first loss of the season to the Baltimore Ravens last Sunday. Buffalo has looked like one of the best teams in the NFL so far, however, Baltimore had their way with them last week winning 35-10.
This week won’t get much easier as the Bills will travel to NRG Stadium to take on CJ Stroud and the Houston Texans. Now, things just got a little more difficult for this Buffalo team.
Bills Fans Devastated After Team Announces Horrendous News Prior To Week 5 Vs. Texans
According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter:
Bills HC Sean McDermott ruled out Khalil Shakir and Ed Oliver for Sunday’s game against the Texans.
Since the beginning of the season, Shakir has caught 18 passes for 230 yards and two touchdowns to lead Buffalo’s wide receivers. As a result of an ankle injury, he has been unable to practice this week.

That’s a tough blow for the Bills, especially losing both Khalil Shakir and Ed Oliver. Missing Shakir limits their receiving depth, while Oliver’s absence on the defensive line could be a factor against the Texans’ offense.
