When Lamar Jackson was asked about his 17-1 record against NFC teams, the Baltimore Ravens quarterback shook his head vigorously.
“We’re playing football. It’s not about NFC or AFC,” he joked. “I’m trying to win regardless. I don’t even want to put that in my head or let you finish that question. I’m good.”

Regardless of the quarterback’s comedic disapproval, the numbers do not lie. Jackson is a powerhouse against the NFC, and he will not play easy on this Seattle defense.
In Week 8, The Ravens took the 31-24 win against the Arizona Cardinals in a close game in Phoenix. The Seahawks were also victorious last week, taking a 24-20 win against the Browns in Seattle.
Running back Gus Edwards scored three touchdowns against the Cardinals a few weeks ago, carrying the Ravens to victory. The previous week, Lamar scored 4 total touchdowns and has thrown for 1,767 years, nine touchdowns, and three interceptions this season.

Even so, the Seahawks have a chance in Baltimore, with powerhouse DK Metcalf returning last week and rookies Jaxon Smith-Njigba and Jake Bobo putting up some big numbers for the team. But quarterback Geno Smith will likely have a tough time against the Ravens’ defense, and the odds are in Baltimore’s favor this week.
Game Prediction
The Ravens have been powerful this season, and with Lamar Jackson’s NFC record and Geno Smith’s struggle to put up big numbers in the last few games, I am going with a Ravens W in Baltimore on Sunday.
Final Pick: Baltimore Ravens
