The Baltimore Ravens are in the middle of a tough battle on Sunday Night Football in Week 15 as they are on the road against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Early in the third quarter, running back Keaton Mitchell broke to the outside on a rushing attempt and was tackled but his knee bent the wrong way and looked awful. Below is the video but the injury is gruesome so make sure you understand that before clicking on it.

The Baltimore Ravens are looking to lock up the top seed in the AFC and have been dealing with a lot of injuries throughout the season to key pieces. Keaton Mitchell has begun to ascend into a household name in the football world as entering this gaem, he had 38 carries for 323 yards (8.5 yards per attempt) with a pair of rushing touchdowns as well as seven receptions for 78 yards (11.1 yards per catch).

Keaton Mitchell was helped off the field and did not apply much pressure on his injured leg and was immediately ruled out for the remainder of the game. He was carted off afterward to the locker room and there has been no other updates as of this writing.
Can the Baltimore Ravens continue to win games as they deal with injuries?
The Baltimore Ravens have been one of the more banged up teams in the National Football League but are currently the first seed in the AFC. They definitely are banking on holding onto that top seed as not only will they get the home-field advantage, they would also get a bye week in the Wild Card round.
However, their schedule is less than ideal to wrap up if they are able to exit Jacksonville with a victory. Below is the remaining three games of the regular season for the Baltimore Ravens.
Baltimore Ravens Remaining Schedule
- Week 16: at San Francisco 49ers
- Week 17: vs Miami Dolphins
- Week 18: vs Pittsburgh Steelers
The Ravens have been dealing with injuries to a lot of key players that have ended seasons and also have players trying to fight through them. However, quarterback Lamar Jackson has stayed healthy throughout the season and in a season with quarterbacks getting hurt left and right, has been a significant reason for the team’s success.
If the Baltimore Ravens can continue to win games and get the top seed, they definitely deserved it after seeing the closing quarter of their schedule and battling in the toughest division in football: the AFC South.
