Ana de Armas, popular actress, recently shouted out a message to the NFL’s Jacksonville Jaguars after the team made it to one of the first screenings of her brand new movie ‘Ballerina’. The move is a spin-off from the John Wick universe, which stars Keanu Reeves as the main character. A video clip showing Armas wishing the Jaguars the best for the upcoming season was shared by the team’s official social media handles.
In the action thriller movie, Ana de Armas plays a ballerina-turned-assassin who hunts down those who have killed her father. The events take place during John Wick 3, with many scenarios and Easter eggs, connecting the movie to the original universe.
“Hi Jaguars, this is Ana de Armas. I am so excited to have you as one of the very first to see my new film, Ballerina. Hope you are ready for it. Wishing you the best of luck on your upcoming season. Go Jags!” Ana de Armas says in the video clip shared by the Jacksonville Jaguars on their X account.

While Ana de Armas’ video clip certainly made many NFL fans happy and delighted, there were many who questioned the actress’ motives. Some even felt that the promotion had something to do with newly drafted Jacksonville wide receiver/cornerback, Travis Hunter.
By bringing in Travis Hunter to their roster, the Jacksonville Jaguars are eager to change up the narrative concerning their team, especially after they performed poorly in the previous NFL season. Hunter brings a lot of power with him after managing a total of 96 receptions for 1,258 yards, scoring 15 touchdowns for the Colorado Buffaloes in his senior year.

Ana de Armas’ Wish May Stoke Jaguars For A Better Run In The 2025 Season
Ana de Armas wishing them luck might be just what the Jacksonville Jaguars need for their upcoming football season. After a lackluster 2024 NFL season, the Jaguars have tried their best to make the right offseason moves and draft picks with the aim of doing better in the next season. Perhaps the talented actress’ unique message for them might prove to be their lucky charm.

The Jacksonville Jaguars are all set to open their 2025 NFL season with a matchup against the Carolina Panthers in Week 1. Before that, the Jaguars will be sharpening their claws with three preseason games against the Pittsburgh Steelers, the New Orleans Saints and the Miami Dolphins.
