Alabama has had few issues in the last few months since they saw their headman Nick Saban head into retirement, leaving many people in shock, including many of Alabama’s current players and committed ones.
Alabama Could See A Major Commit Head To Ohio State
One of Alabama’s biggest recruits, wide receiver Jaime Ffrench Jr. from the 2025 class, reopened his commitment after hearing the news Saban retired.
Ffrench is from Jacksonville, Florida, and according to 247sports.com, he is a four-star recruit and the fourth-best wide receiver in the entire 2025 class.
Ffrench went to X on Wednesday and said he would visit Ohio State this weekend. The Buckeyes are known to be one of the best schools in the country and produce wide receivers, so there is a good chance Ffrench has seen all the success the school has put out at that position through the years and wants to join.

Ohio State Is Taking Advantage Of Saban Leaving
Ohio State has taken some big-time Alabama players since Saban left the team two months ago, and one of them was star freshman safety Caleb Downs and one of the best quarterbacks in the 2024 class, Julian Sayin.
Ohio State is benefiting big-time with Saban retiring, and stealing two players on the Alabama roster was already huge, but now they could steal one of the best wide receivers in the 2025 class, and that would be a significant addition to a Buckeye receiving room which is always loaded.
