Aaron Rodgers‘ signing with the Pittsburgh Steelers has brought on plenty of reactions from various NFL experts in the last few weeks. It seems like the Rodgers and Steelers marriage is still a hot talking point. Retired NFL legend, Peyton Manning, recently had plenty to say on the matter in his latest appearance on the ‘Pat McAfee Show’.
Manning not only opened up on what he thought of Rodgers playing for the Steelers, but also mainly how his experience and expertise will help the team make it to the playoffs. More particularly, Manning also spoke about the budding chemistry between Rodgers and the team’s offensive coordinator, Arthur Smith.
“Yeah, look, I’m excited for Aaron. It’s a good opportunity. I saw Arthur Smith earlier this spring, and you know, they were still trying to kind of figure out what they were trying to do. He certainly acknowledged that Aaron was a possibility, and was excited about that possibility. So I think the offensive coordinator is excited about it, it’s a good thing. You’ve heard Aaron talk about he and Arthur, you can tell they’ve already had quite a bit of dialogue on, you know, trying to get on the same page and make that system work for both of them. But look, there’s no substitute for experience…” Peyton Manning spoke about Aaron Rodgers on the ‘Pat McAfee Show’.

Aaron Rodgers, in his own appearance on the ‘Pat McAfee Show’ a few days back, announced that this might be his last season in the league. Rodgers also admitted that he joined the Steelers because of his confidence in them as a team.

On another note, Aaron Rodgers’ ex-girlfriend Olivia Munn was recently quizzed about her three-year relationship with him on the ‘Armchair Expert’ podcast. Munn revealed that fans of Rodgers only came forward to criticize her for all the mistakes that the quarterback made on the field, but never gave her any credit for his successes.
Rodgers and Munn were in a highly publicized relationship for quite some time and were definitely the ‘it’ couple. As a result of this high level of public scrutiny, Munn was blamed for several things related to Rodgers’ football career, even though she had no part in his training or his playing.
Rodgers and Munn broke up after a period of three years of dating, with both of them heavily citing the media scrutiny for this. In fact, this is one of the main reasons why Rodgers has not yet revealed the details of his current wife, Brittani.
