San Francisco 49ers: DL Jordan Elliott

After Javon Hargrave suffered a season-ending injury in Week 3, Jordan Elliott took over as the starter but underperformed at rushing the passer and stopping the run. He recorded 19 tackles, two TFLs, and two QB hits, posting 11 stops, seven pressures, a 54.6 pass-rush grade, a 53.1 run-defense grade, and a 47.6 PFF grade in 15 games and 13 starts. Elliott missed Week 6 with a knee injury and Week 13 with a concussion.
Second-round pick Alfred Collins has missed spring workouts to recover from a calf injury, and Elliott received the majority of the first-team reps. However, Collins could overtake him when he returns for training camp.
