Arizona Cardinals: DL L.J. Collier

L.J. Collier had his best statistical season, posting career highs in tackles and sacks in extended action due to injuries to the defensive line. He recorded 29 tackles, four TFLs, six quarterback hits, and 3.5 sacks in 17 games and 15 starts. Collier also posted 17 stops, 29 pressures, a 57.4 pass-rush grade, a 44.1 run-defense grade, and a 49.2 PFF grade.
The Cardinals overhauled their defensive line this offseason, signing Calais Campbell and Dalvin Tomlinson and drafting Walter Nolen in the first round. Collier will compete against the rookie and former first-round pick Darius Robinson for the number-three defensive line position. Nolen is currently in the lead, and the veteran is looking to carve out a rotational role.
