The NFL never has enough storylines. That is why HBO’s Hard Knocks started covering teams in-season in recent years.

Now, the show is trying something new. For the first time, it will cover an entire division during the regular season. Which division has this honor? Read below to find out.

This morning, the NFL revealed which teams the Hard Knocks In-Season series will focus on this season. Typically, the show chooses one team to have deeper coverage for during the season. This year, the show will cover the entire AFC North.

What does this mean? It means Hard Knocks will show us coverage of the Baltimore Ravens, Cincinnati Bengals, Cleveland Browns, and Pittsburgh Steelers during the 2024 season. As a result, it will be the first time that the show focuses on a division rather than an individual team. This season is set to premiere on Tuesday, December 3rd, at 9 p.m. EST.

    Biggest Potential NFL Storylines

So, what are the biggest storylines to watch heading into the 2024 season? Before we dive into this, know that there is no shortage of storylines available from this division.

With the Cincinnati Bengals, the health of QB Joe Burrow will certainly be something to watch. He dealt with multiple injuries last season that may end up shortening his NFL career. On top of this, WR Tee Higgins was the last franchise-tagged player to sign his tender. As a result, this could be his final season with the Bengals.

The Cleveland Browns made the playoffs last season. Yet, they used five different quarterbacks to get there. We will have to see if QB Deshaun Watson reclaims the role this season.

Then, the Pittsburgh Steelers went through one of the biggest transitions this offseason. Pittsburgh acquired quarterbacks Russell Wilson and Justin Field after moving on from Kenny Pickett.

Finally, we have the Baltimore Ravens. This team is coming off of an AFC Championship loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. Baltimore starts their 2024 season with a rematch against Kansas City.

Other Hard Knocks Shows in 2024

This is not the only Hard Knocks show in 2024. There will be an offseason show centering around the New York Giants. Then, Hard Knocks will cover the Chicago Bears during training camp.
