Philadelphia Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni will be entering his fourth season with the franchise. In every single year, he has made it to the playoffs. In the first year, he lost in the NFC Wild Card Round to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
During his second season with the Eagles, he made it to the Super Bowl before they lost to the Kansas City Chiefs. Last season, Philadelphia appeared to be on their way to another NFC East title and potential Super Bowl appearance until they collapsed down the stretch. The Eagles lost to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the NFC Wild Card Round last season and it was one of the biggest surprises in the NFL.

Because of the collapse last season, Sirianni is going to be under the microscope big time this season. Some Eagles fans wanted him fired after what transpired last season. Along with Sirianni, general manager Howie Roseman should also be under the microscope this season.
Yardbarker Questions Philadelphia Eagles Head Coach Nick Sirianni If They Were Featured On ‘Hard Knocks’

The Eagles would not be the kind of football team to be on ‘Hard Knocks’ per se, but the Yardbarker staff wrote a headline for each NFC team if they were featured on the show. They wrote about the Philadelphia Eagles:
“What does Nick Sirainni do?
The Eagles’ HC gave up play-calling duties in 2021 and now says he’ll take a CEO-style approach toward running the Eagles, allowing new offensive coordinator Kellen Moore to run the offense and new defensive coordinator Vic Fangio to run the defense. Sirianni struggled when asked to explain his job responsibilities at the team’s season-ending news conference, which could speak volumes about the direction of the team.”
It may not be terrible to have the Eagles head coach let his coordinators do their thing. They have much better coordinators this season than they did last season. When Nick Sirianni took the Philadelphia Eagles job a few years ago, he was the Indianapolis Colts offensive coordinator beforehand.
Sirianni better hopes his new coordinators hit the jackpot this season for the Philadelphia Eagles. It would be interesting to see live how he motivates his players and coaches on a day-to-day basis. Rival fans do not like his ego whatsoever.

He will need to put his ego aside this season and lead the Eagles to many victories and another NFC East Title. If they don’t make the playoffs this season, it could get messy in the city of Brotherly Love.
