Will Howard, newly drafted quarterback for the Pittsburgh Steelers, seems to be a proud teammate as he recently shared a number of pictures from the team’s OTAs. In the photo dump on his Instagram account, Howard also revealed his jersey number, the no. 18, and shared a picture of himself and his long-time girlfriend, Skyler Skylar Skoglund
, on one of their date nights.
In the photo dump, Howard can also be seen training alongside other Pittsburgh Steelers players, including one with veteran quarterback Aaron Rodgers in front of him. The Ohio State product flashed a gleaming smile as he posed for the camera alongside Skoglund in one of the pics.

Will Howard was the first quarterback that the Pittsburgh Steelers opted for in this year’s NFL draft and was picked up in the sixth round. Of course, he was not the very first pick for Pittsburgh, which went to Derrick Harmon, defensive tackle from Oregon.
Howard is not the only quarterback with the Pittsburgh Steelers, with Mason Rudolph and newly signed Aaron Rodgers also occupying the locker room with him. According to recent reports, Rodgers will be the starting quarterback for the Steelers after having signed with them some time back.
Will Howard To Learn Plenty From Aaron Rodgers Signing With Steelers
Meanwhile, it seems like fate has chosen the right time for Will Howard to join the Pittsburgh Steelers, especially since Aaron Rodgers has signed with the team. According to former NFL player, Ben Roethlisberger, Howard will be able to learn plenty from Rodgers’ actions with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Roethlisberger remarked in a recent episode of his show about how much Howard will be able to learn from both Aaron Rodgers and Mason Rudolph, his seniors. Not only will Howard be able to find out what to do as a quarterback, but also what not to do on the team.
Aaron Rodgers joining the Pittsburgh Steelers has been commended by numerous fans as a strong move toward a possible Super Bowl run. At the same time, there are many fans and analysts themselves who feel that Rodgers’ signing with the Steelers will not exactly put the team in any superior spot.
However, the Pittsburgh Steelers are confident as a unit that they have made the right move in signing Aaron Rodgers. The Steelers sought out Rodgers pretty much immediately after he was released by the New York Jets.
