    An NFL Pay-Day is Due…

Baltimore Ravens Qb Lamar Jackson drops back to pass in 2021.

Lamar Jackson deserves “the bag”. I’m talking about a big contract.  My personal opinion was that Lamar didn’t show the arm talent for such deal – but clearly, he’s proved me wrong. Both Week 1 & Week 2 were splashed with 200+ yards and 3 passing TD’s – and that’s with a questionable WR room lead by Duvernay and Bateman. Sure, they couldn’t pull off the victory in Week 2, but it definitely wasn’t Lamar’s fault. As the Ravens’ upper management continues their ongoing negotiations with the former MVP, they must realize that this guy really does give them their best shot of winning. He can run, we all know that, but the doubts about his arm are slowly but surely being addressed. Granted, I wouldn’t want him in a pass-first Offense, but as we all know – he brings more than that to the table. Get this man paid if Baltimore wants to continue staying relevant.
