The Washington Commanders were supposed to have weeded out the toxic culture that had infected the organization under former owner Dan Snyder. It seems, though, that the problems that the franchise faced regarding its negative attitudes towards women and minorities.
Recently, Rael Enteen, the Vice President for Content of the Commanders, was on a date with an undercover journalist. During their evening out, the journalist filmed Enteen saying terrible things about NFL players, Black players in particular, and NFL fans.
Washington Commanders Vice President of Content Rael Enteen Thinks NFL Players Are Dumb
On Wednesday afternoon, James O’Keefre, who is the CEO of the O’Keege Media Group, posted the following video of Enteen on X, formerly Twitter:
BREAKING: NFL Commanders VP of Content Labels Black Commanders Players “Homophobic” and NFL Players “Dumb As All Hell,” Calls Fans “High School Educated Alcoholics”

When describing the Commanders players, Enteen says, ““a big chunk is very low-income African Americans that comes from a community that is inherently very homophobic.”
He also calls NFL players, in general “dumb as hell.”
But his bad-mouthing was not just limited to players. He referred to you, the NFL fan, as a “high school educated alcoholic.” Enteen compares NFL fans to “mouth breathers” that are “violent,” pointing to fights in the stands as evidence of his claim.
He did not stop there, though. He further went on a tirade against the NFL’s social justice programs, saying, “[NFL] social justice efforts are a performance for the sake of public perception.”
When asked about the NFL’s commitment to Black Lives Matter, Pride, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, he replied, “It’s to make as much money as possible.”
After O’Keefe shared the video on social media, Enteen set his own personal X account to private and scrubbed his other personal social media accounts.
The Washington Commanders Release a Statement Regarding the Comments Made My Rael Enteen
According to Scott Abraham, who is a sports anchor for ABC 7 in Washington D.C., the Commanders released the following statement:
“The language used in the video runs counter to our values at the Commanders organization. We have suspended the employee pending an internal investigation and will reserve further comment at this time.”
One would assume that this investigation will not last too long. After all, everything he said is right on the video.
One would also assume that the NFL will not really like the things he said about Roger Goodell either (he called him a puppet and that Jerry Jones really runs the league).
