Washington Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels had a great game in Week 3 against the Cincinnati Bengals. In Week 4, it would be interesting to see what he did for an encore.
Washington defeated the Arizona Cardinals 42-14 in Week 4 on the road. Jayden Daniels completed 26-of-30 passes for 233 yards, one touchdown, and one interception. He also rushed for 47 yards on eight carries and a touchdown.

Through four games, Jayden Daniels has led the Commanders on more scoring drives (23) than he’s thrown incompletions (19). That’s wild.

Daniels has a chance to be in competition with wide receiver Malik Nabers of the New York Giants and wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. of the Arizona Cardinals for the Offensive Rookie of the Year Award. Jayden Daniels was the second overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft from LSU.
First Place in the NFC East
For now, the Washington Commanders are in first place in the NFC East. Washington has a 3-1 record on the season. The Philadelphia Eagles and the Dallas Cowboys are both 2-2 and the New York Giants are 1-3. If Washington beats the Cleveland Browns on Sunday, they will already have four wins and that was Washington’s total win mark from 2023.
They were 4-13 that season. Jayden Daniels has provided a new day for the Commanders’ fanbase and it is something to celebrate.
