Walter Nolen, newly drafted defensive end for the Arizona Cardinals, recently signed his rookie contract with the team, and his girlfriend, Tyler Nelson could not be happier for him. The Cardinals official Instagram account shared a picture of Nolen signing the deal with a proud smile on his face, and Nelson reposted it with a sweet caption.
The Cardinals were fortunate enough to bag Nolen in the 2025 NFL draft and drafted him as the 16th pick in the very first round. Nolen was fantastic in his football career even before being drafted, churning out fantastic numbers for the Ole Miss Rebels and the Texas A&M Aggies in his NCAA days.

Walter Nolen and Tyler Nelson have been together for several years now. The history dates back to Nolen’s days with the Ole Miss Rebels, with whom he managed 26 solo tackles. Nelson often shares updates from their relationship and vocally shows her support for her man.
The Arizona Cardinals are definitely lucky enough to have Walter Nolen in their roster and will use their offseason moves and draft picks like Nolen to boost their performance in the upcoming football season. Nolen is expected to play his first game for the Cardinals in their season opener against the New Orleans Saints.

According to recent reports, Johnson will be bringing plenty of firepower to the Cardinals team and will prove to be more than his current worth with the team.
Johnson will be boosting the team’s defense remarkably, which was one of the main reasons for their disappointing performance in the previous football season. With talented rookies like Nolen and Johnson on their roster, the Arizona Cardinals can be expected to do some damage in the upcoming football season.
