Twitter: Vikings Are Frauds
Twitter seems to think the Vikings are frauds. The Minnesota Vikings finished the regular season with a 13-4 record. That was good enough to finish tied for the second-best record in the NFC. (The San Francisco 49ers had a tiebreaker over the Vikings to earn the second seed.) However, how they’ve played their games this season has drawn criticism.
The Vikings have been in close games for most of this season. They’ve had epic comebacks to beat the Indianapolis Colts and Buffalo Bills. They were blown out by the NFC’s number-one seed, the Philadelphia Eagles.
Barstool Sports has mocked the Vikings season since the middle of November. After all, the Vikings were able to take advantage of one of the worst divisions in the NFL, the NFC North, where the Chicago Bears will draft number one this spring. Divisional rivals the Green Bay Packers and Detroit Lions were eliminated before the playoffs.
