A Buffalo Bills defensive end was seen taking his frustrations out on a member of the Baltimore Ravens backfield on Sunday night. The Ravens would wind up winning 35-10 in a game that was lopsided from the start.
The Buffalo Bills came into Week 4 with a 3-0 record
The Bills came into the Week 4 contest confident after a 3-0 start to the season. The Ravens were a surprise 0-2 team before earning their first win over the Dallas Cowboys in Week 3. However, Baltimore nearly blew the lead over the Cowboys with sloppy play in the fourth quarter.
The Baltimore Ravens went off on Sunday
The Ravens appeared to be the more poised team when they played the Bills. Early in the first quarter with the Ravens up 7-3, Bills defensive end Dawuane Smoot was called for an unnecessary roughness penalty for a hit on Ravens fullback Patrick Ricard.
The penalty gave the Ravens a first-and-ten from the Buffalo 21-yard line. The drive would end in a Lamar Jackson touchdown pass to running back Derrick Henry that would put the Ravens up 14-3 in the early second quarter.
The touchdown crushed the Bills spirit.

Smoot should know better. He’s been in the league since the Jacksonville Jaguars drafted him in the third round of the 2017 NFL Draft. He signed with the Bills in May.
Smoot’s action was quickly caught by officials on the field Sunday night, and he could face more punishment from the league in the next week. We’ll see if the league takes issue with Smoot’s illegal hit and sends the veteran pass rusher a fine.
