Tyreek Hill is one of the most electric players in the league. After being traded to the Miami Dolphins last offseason, he didn’t miss a beat and still put up spectacular numbers. In a recent interview on Sports Radio 810 WHB, Hill talked about a lot of topics including revealing his retirement date.

    Tyreek Hill Retirement?

After talking a lot of smack about his former team the Kansas City Chiefs, Hill talked about when he plans to retire. “I’m going for 10, man,” Hill said referencing 10 seasons. “I’m gonna finish out this contract with the Dolphins and then I’m gonna call it quits.” He has a couple of years left on his deal and this would put him retiring after the 2025 season when he is 31 years old. This isn’t out of the ordinary as many players have been calling it quits earlier in their careers to focus on other endeavors.

    What Is His Plan?

Hill talked in depth of what he wants to do when he leaves football. He wants to go into the business side and already has some ideas in motion.

“So I really want to get into like the gaming space. I really want to get huge in that and that’s kind of what I’m doing right now. I’m using my platform, creating a gaming team, which isn’t launched yet. It should launch by the end of this month. I’m gonna just sign like different content creators, different athletes. I just been working that, talking to different sponsors.”

It sounds like Hill and his circle are already planning on going into the gaming side of things once he retires. Clearly, he has thought a lot about this and has a plan in place for after football.

It is weird to type Tyreek Hill and the word retirement in the same sentence. 2025 is not that far away though that does mean we will still get three more seasons of getting to watch the electric receiver. The Dolphins have high hopes for next year and Hill is a big reason as to why.
