Tua Tagovailoa, starting quarterback for the Miami Dolphins, needs to watch his back after he called out wide receiver Tyreek Hill sometime back, according to former NFL quarterback Cam Newton. Tagovailoa recalled Hill’s comments earlier in the year about him wanting to leave the team as they were unable to reach the playoffs.

The quarterback surprised everyone with his tone, when he remarked that comments like what Hill made are definitely not helpful and can destroy relationships within the team. Tagovailoa’s comments have brought about a mixed reaction from the public, with many commending the player for standing up for his team, even if it means butting heads with Hill, who is also known as the ‘Cheetah’. However, Cam Newton seems genuinely worried for Tagovailao according to his latest podcast episode.
“Tyreek ain’t wrong. I’m frustrated and I’m tired of not making the playoffs. And it sounds like Mr. Tua Tagovailoa, you and Mr. Tyreek Hill got to get on the same page … You got to manage that, brother … You got to, you got to stay healthy. You got to give him the football. He’s not a guy that you want to look off. He’s the guy that you got to always have all four of your eyes on,” Cam Newton spoke about Tua Tagovailoa and Tyreek Hill in the latest episode of his podcast ‘4th &1’.

Tua Tagovailoa is making great strides as a quarterback and will be expected to churn out strong numbers in his fifth season for the Miami Dolphins. While Tagovailoa does share Hill’s frustrations on not being able to win the Super Bowl for a long time, the quarterback is letting his actions do more of the talking with his focus on training and practice, rather than bad-mouthing his team to the media.

Tua Tagovailoa’s Name Mispronounced By President Trump
On another note, Tua Tagovailoa recently found himself joining a prestigious list in the President’s Sports Council, along with many other players, including Philadelphia Eagles running back, Saquon Barkley. US President Donald Trump announced this in a recent press conference, and reporters could not help but giggle as the POTUS struggled to pronounce the Miami Dolphins quarterback’s name.

Tagovailoa, who hails from Hawaii, does have a very unique name, which President Trump is not the first to fumble. However, the POTUS played it off pretty coolly and went on to praise the young player and remarked that the quarterback is indeed a great performer, only when he stays out of injury.
