Trending: Ohio State’s Odds To Win The National Championship Came Out, And Many College Football Fans Are Not Happy With The Chance They Gave The Buckeyes
College football season is right around the corner, and for Ohio State, 2024 will be one of the biggest seasons in program history.
Ohio State Has To Make The National Championship This Season
Ohio State Buckeyes wide receiver Chris Olave (2) celebrates with teammates after scoring a touchdown in the first quarter of a NCAA Division I football game between the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Akron Zips on Saturday, Sept. 25, 2021 at Ohio Stadium in Columbus, Ohio.
Ohio State is coming into the season as one of the favorites to win the title, and every Buckeye fan knows every single year is either a title or a bust for the program.
College football will look a lot different in 2024 with the expanded College Football Playoff, which will go from four to 12 teams. Getting into the dance will be a little easier, but winning in the playoffs will be a lot harder.
The Buckeyes have no excuses not to at least play for the National Championship this season, and the betting market has them as one of the favorites to win it all.

Nov 18, 2023; Columbus, Ohio, USA; Ohio State Buckeyes head coach Ryan Day and offensive coordinator Brian Hartline look at a replay during the NCAA football game against the Minnesota Golden Gophers at Ohio Stadium.
Ohio State is coming into the year with the best roster and maybe the best coaches in the sport, and many fans think they should have the best odds in the country, not Georgia; here are some of their reactions.
Ohio State at 4-1 is ridiculous. Even money at worst. Ryan Day sucks, but he bought coaches better than him to delegate to. And he bought himself what’s probably the best roster in College Football. On top of that, Michigan is gonna suck for awhile.
