Travis Kelce’s ex-girlfriend, Kayla Nicole, recently revealed that it was she who got custody of both their dogs, whom they got while they were dating. In a recent episode of her podcast ‘The Pre-Game’, Nicole discussed shared pet-parenting with Nazanin Mandi who was a guest. Apparently, Mandi shares custody of her pet cats with her ex-husband, to which Nicole reacted with her own experience.
Kayla Nicole and Kelce dated for about five years in an on-and-off relationship after the football player connected with her on Instagram. During the span of their relationship, the couple went through plenty of drama, and also got two pet dogs, Chauncey and Rambo. In the same podcast episode, Nicole also discussed how expensive pet care can actually be.
“I have dogs with the previous partner, and I got both the dogs and I got both the dogs’ responsibility on me. I had a dog bill the other day that was $2,000. It is true that Travis Kelce and Kayla Nicole had a shaky relationship right from the start. After the pair broke up and Kelce started dating pop-celebrity Taylor Swift, Nicole received more unwanted attention from the public as ‘the ex-girlfriend’. However, much of this attention has been negative with Nicole constantly being portrayed as a villain.
Meanwhile, Travis Kelce seems to be enjoying a more positive perception from the media and the public ever since he started dating Taylor Swift. Swift has also been seen at a number of Chiefs games and also attended the latest Super Bowl in February, where Kelce’s team lost.
Travis Kelce And Taylor Swift Spotted In Philadelphia
On another note, Travis Kelce and his girlfriend, Taylor Swift, were recently spotted in Philadelphia. According to social media detectives, the couple was apparently in town to meet Travis Kelce’s newborn niece.
In late March, Travis Kelce became an uncle for the fourth time after his brother, Jason Kelce, and wife Kylie Kelce, welcomed baby Finnley. Swifties have been eagerly awaiting news of their icon dropping by to meet the new addition to the Kelce family.
It looks like Kelce and Swift decided to do so away from the spotlight and made it very low-key. The mundaneness of it all mirrors Kelce and Swift’s recent actions where the couple has stayed away from the public eye ever since the February Super Bowl.
