Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift have seemed like the happy couple they have portrayed themselves to be. The duo have been seen in public together on numerous occasions, always laughing and being intimate with each other. Kelce is also very vocal about his relationship on his New Heights podcast.
However, there has been one major change in their relationship.
“Bound To Change It, And He Has” Travis Kelce Forces Taylor Swift To Stop (Report)

As he enters his aage 36 season, Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce has lost an astonishing amount of weight:
Travis Kelce briefly pondered retirement after the Chiefs fell 40-22 to the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl 59, but the future Hall of Famer decided to come back for at least one more season.
According to a report from ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler, Kelce has already dropped 25 pounds this offseason. The three-time Super Bowl champion was listed at 250 pounds last year.
“He will debut a bit of a slimmer look,” Fowler said. “He’s told people close to him that he’s lost about 25 pounds this offseason. Played a little heavier in 2024…bound to change it, and he has.”
The Daily Mail even exclusively reported earlier this year that he was cutting back on Taylor Swift’s beloved home-made pop tarts to stay trim.
After posting over 1,000 receiving yards every year from 2016 to 2022, Kelce has fallen below that mark in consecutive years. He caught 97 passes last season for just 823 yards and three touchdowns, marking Kelce’s worst statistical season since his 2013 rookie year (he only played one game that year).

However, vintage Travis Kelce returned in the Chiefs’ run to Super Bowl 59. He caught 13 receptions for 175 yards and a touchdown as KC won its third straight conference championship.
Kelce and the Chiefs will look to win their second straight season opener when they play the AFC West rival Los Angeles Chargers on Sept. 5. The game will take place at Arena Corinthians in São Paulo, Brazil, the first 2025 game of the NFL’s International Series.
