Travis Kelce and Jason Kelce have turned into some of the biggest names in the NFL in recent years. Each brother perfected their craft at their respective positions. Of course, Jason retired in March of 2024. Travis contemplated retirement this past off-season but wound up coming back for (at least) one more year.
However, the entire Kelce family believe strongly in their political views.
“Fed Diabolical Lies” Travis Kelce & Family Refuse To Apologize For Political Allegiance

Prior to the 2024 presidential election, the Kelce family chose not to endorse a candidate. However, they do speak out on a number of issues:
While the Kelce family chose not to endorse a particular candidate for the 2024 presidential election, they’ve made it pretty clear which way they lean politically.
Travis Kelce is believed to lean left, given his past actions, which include:
- A commercial for the vaccine
- Endorsements for Bud Light
- Appearing in socially progressive sketches on Saturday Night Live
- Kneeling for the national anthem as a white player in 2017
Jason Kelce has also spoken out against Chiefs kicker Harrison Butker, who faced criticism from the right. He made a quip about Butker’s “diabolical lies” comment on the women in the audience.
“All of you have been fed diabolical lies that washing every crevice of your bodies and hair, all the time is somehow better or healthier. Any dermatologist not in bed with Big Soap will agree!! Hot spots are all that is necessary and actually leads to cleaner healthier skin,” he wrote.
Kelce’s longtime wife, Kylie, was also not happy with Butker’s comments.
“My wife she was a little frustrated with some of the comments initially,” Jason Kelce said.

It goes without saying that Travis Kelce is also dating Taylor Swift. It is no secret that the iconic Eras Tour star publicly endorsed Kamala Harris for the Democratic Party presidential nomination:
“I will be casting my vote for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz in the 2024 Presidential Election. I’m voting for @kamalaharris because she fights for the rights and causes I believe need a warrior to champion them.
I think she is a steady-handed, gifted leader and I believe we can accomplish so much more in this country if we are led by calm and not chaos. I was so heartened and impressed by her selection of running mate @timwalz, who has been standing up for LGBTQ+ rights, IVF, and a woman’s right to her own body for decades.
I’ve done my research, and I’ve made my choice.”
