Travis Hunter is currently recovering from surgery after the cornerback/wide receiver tore his LCL sometime back. With the surgery, the rookie’s debut season has officially come to an end, leaving fans sorely disappointed.
Hunter’s wife Leanna Lenee recently shared a video on her TikTok account of her relaxing at home with her man whose knee is elevated in the clip. Lenee can be seen acting silly around him while also lip-syncing to a popular song.

“Show me your money” Leanna Lenee lip synced in her TikTok video.
While Travis Hunter is recovering from his surgery, the Jaguars seem to be doing pretty decently without him. Hunter has managed to actually make quite an impression in his very first season with the Jags.
At the same time, Hunter’s injury raises many points about the dual role plays for the Jags. Even during his draft process, Hunter was adamant about playing for a team that only allows him to play both cornerback and wide receiver. Hunter did do this beautifully during his college years, but analysts soon raised doubts about how he would manage the load when he enters the league.
This LCL injury and the following surgery is a huge red flag for Hunter and the load management he is putting his body through. The league is definitely far more crucial and intense when compared to the NCAA and it still remains to be answered as to whether Hunter may be rethinking his dual role for the Jags after all.
Travis Hunter Will Resume Dual-Role For Jags After Knee Surgery
While Travis Hunter’s knee gave out while he was playing both cornerback and wide receiver in his rookie season, his team seems to be adamant that he resume his dual role after his recovery. As per recent reports, the Jags will be using Hunter in both his roles in the next season as well, with the rookie surely out for this ongoing season.

At the same time, his own staff and head coach Liam Coen seem to be pretty positive about his recovery and future performance. Coen revealed that he has a “lot of confidence” in Hunter as a player and is expecting a strong comeback next year.
