Top 10 Fantasy Quarterbacks to Draft in 2022

With the 2022 season fast approaching, it is becoming that time for people to start drafting players for their Fantasy Football teams. The first position group everyone usually looks at is the quarterback position. Quarterbacks can score a lot of points because they touch the ball every play. Every pass completed or rush attempted or touchdown thrown or run counts in the point scoring. Today, we will look at ten quarterbacks who should be the top players for people to draft.

Most people will draft the quarterback they think will score a lot of points. There are people who want to draft a certain player for their team. If they are playing in a league, it might be hard to draft that player because someone else may draft that player before they do. That is why it is important to have backup options if the first one isn’t available. Sometimes the second option could be as good as the first or even better.Unknown 8

Allen is the best quarterback to draft!

With that being said, here are the quarterbacks which are expected to score big points for this season. Josh Allen tops out the list because of the talent he has surrounding him. Allen has one of the top receivers in the NFL in Stefon Diggs as well as rising star Gabe Davis. Tight end Dawson Knox and running backs Devin Singletary and Zack Moss also have potential to break out. Patrick Mahomes is right behind Allen because of a significant departure from Kansas City. That player was wide receiver Tyreek Hill who has gone on to play in Miami with the Dolphins. Tight end Travis Kelce will fill that role but there are question marks after that.

Justin Herbert should be the next quarterback after Allen and Mahomes who will score big points this year. Herbert is a duel threat who passed for over 5,000 yards and rushed for 300 yards last year. He has receivers Keenan Allen and Mike Williams as reliable targets as well as tight end Gerald Everett. Austin Heckler is also a reliable running back as well as a great pass catcher with 70 catches last season.

Other quarterbacks who will score a lot of points this season will be Tom Brady, Aaron Rodgers, Lamar Jackson, and Kyler Murray. Brady led the league in passing last season and Rodgers was the league MVP with over 4,000 passing yards. Jackson amassed 8,095 yards and 76 touchdowns in his first two years in the Baltimore Ravens offense. Jackson is a dual threat who can throw or take off and run when the play breaks down. He is an amazing improvisor with unreal athletic ability. These are the quarterbacks who should score points this year and fantasy drafters should have their eye on these players.
