Gisele Bündchen is rushing to make her new identity after her divorce from Tom Brady. To signal her reset in priorities, she just dropped a $14.5 million bombshell that has the Miami real estate market absolutely in awe.

For the unversed, she already owns three Miami properties. Despite that, the supermodel just bought a new piece of real estate quietly right next door to her current residence.
Her bold move suggests she is on a mission to build her own empire, including her jiu-jitsu partner Joaquim Valente and their newborn son.
Gisele Bündchen Builds Her Miami Compound
The $14.5 million waterfront home she purchased right next to her home features six bedrooms, six bathrooms, a pool, and a private boat dock extending into Biscayne Bay.
When your mansion also includes a monsoon and a private spa, then that is in no way an average Miami mansion. Safe to say, this is a statement property for Bündchen that increases her Miami property count to four.

Gisele bought her original Surfside lot in 2022, shortly after her split from Brady. She has been renovating the existing house she shares with Valente, and now she owns the neighboring property as well. For the unversed, owning connected parcels is an extremely valuable asset in real estate development.
Sources around Surfside say Valente has been spotted coming and going from the new pad in recent weeks. The couple bounces between their Surfside home and the $9 million ranch they bought outside Fort Lauderdale. They’re building something bigger than just a relationship. They’re creating space for their family.
The property gives her kids easy access to both parents without long travel. Brady lives just across the water, so the children can go back and forth by boat. It’s such a basic way to ensure easy co-parenting, and the move makes a lot of practical sense when you break it down.
Tom Brady Thrives in His Post-Football Chapter
While Gisele builds her compound, Brady is stacking wins in his second career. He signed a 10-year, $375 million deal with Fox Sports to serve as their lead NFL analyst starting Fall 2024.
He joined Kevin Burkhardt as Fox’s top broadcast crew. His first game was Week 1 when the Cleveland Browns hosted the Dallas Cowboys on September 8. He’s been calling games every Sunday since. The transition from field to booth looks smooth so far.
But broadcasting is just one play in Brady’s playbook. He became a minority owner in the Las Vegas Raiders after purchasing a 50 percent stake.
The GOAT QB even partnered with Gopuff and comedian Druski on a campaign to make the Monday after the Super Bowl a national holiday. They recently launched “The Super Monday Off Coalition” with an ad that premiered during Thanksgiving’s Packers-Lions game. The man is everywhere except the sideline.
But he is not out of controversy, especially due to his loud commentary. Sometimes, he mispronounced players’ names, and sometimes, he dropped F-bomb on live TV. Every week, fans saw a new type of lame professionalism from the 48-year-old.
But no doubt, despite those on-air blunders, he is drawing attention. So, the network is giving him room since he is still learning his job.
