Tom Brady, former NFL quarterback, recently celebrated his 48th birthday over the weekend. Brady enjoyed a flood of birthday wishes on social media from both fans and other celebrities, including former soccer player David Beckham. Beckham’s birthday wish also brought out a humorous response from Brady himself, pointing out their aging.

Brady and Beckham have been enjoying some major camaraderie with each other, especially after the former bought a minority ownership in Birmingham City Football Club sometime back. In fact, in a recent documentary that covered Brady buying the said ownership, his admiration for Beckham and their friendship can be seen.
“Happy Birthday Man 🤍,” David Beckham wished Tom Brady for his 48th birthday.
“Just trying to keep up with you 👊🏻😂,” Brady replied to Beckham, who is currently 50 years old.
In one of the episodes of the docu-series covering Tom Brady’s ownership of Birmingham City F.C., the seven-time Super Bowl winner can be seen getting irate at team staff for discouraging him from offering a gift bag to Beckham.

Beckham has played for rival teams of Birmingham City F.C. and even today offers his support to them and staff felt it would send the wrong message if he was given a jersey. Brady can be seen lashing out and strongly insisting on Beckham being given a gift bag after he was invited to watch a game with him.
Tom Brady’s Relationship With Ex-Wife Strained Even More After Newsletter
A few days back, Tom Brady released a newsletter where he called his football career a sacrifice so that his children can have a better life. His write-up was immediately deemed to be a mockery of his ex-wife, Gisele Bundchen, who previously stated that Brady’s career in the NFL was one of the reasons why she filed for divorce. Bundchen admitted that it would have definitely helped if Brady were present more at home rather than training with his team.

According to recent sources, Tom Brady’s recent newsletter seems to have added even more tensions to the already strained relationship between him and his ex-wife Gisele Bundchen. In his write-up, Brady reaffirms that everything he did in his entire NFL career, where he ended up winning seven Super Bowls, was because he loved his children.
Brady’s newsletter has brought about mixed responses from the public, including many other athletes. At the same time, there are many who have been siding and sympathizing with the NFL legend.
