Tom Brady Is Stunned By Puka Nacua’s Mid-Air Catch Against Bills
Tom Brady was simply in awe of Puka Nacua’s catch in his latest appearance against the Buffalo Bills. On Sunday, the Los Angeles Rams played the Buffalo Bills and won the game with a final score of 44-42. Nacua showed off his football skills and caught a pass made by Matthew Stafford in the second quarter, in mid-air, much to the thrill of spectators and NFL analysts like Brady himself.
In that game, LA’s QB Matthew Stafford went for 320 yards, completing 23 passes out of 30, scoring a pair of TDs, while Kyren Williams led the rushing with 29 carries for 87 yards, along with two scores. Defense-wise, Puka Nacua managed 12 receptions for 162 yards, scoring once. Brady, who witnessed the spectacular catch in live action, could not contain his excitement in the commentary box.
“You got to be kidding me! Oh. My. God. Insane! It’s good. Now they know they got it. Now he can settle back and get into the play that he wants. That was ridiculous.” Tom Brady remarked from the commentary box.
Not only was Tom Brady himself surprised and elated about witnessing Nacua’s catch live, but even Kevin Burkhardt went on to express his shock and surprise at the spectacle. Not only did Nacua catch the ball so smoothly, but even managed a clean landing. This season the wide receiver has managed 54 receptions in all, for 708 yards, along with a trio of scores.
Tom Brady Not Feeling Bill Belichick’s Move To College Football
Tom Brady is not exactly on the same page about Bill Belichick’s rumored move to college football. Belichick, who is widely known as one of the greatest football coaches of all time, is being speculated to take a stint with the North Carolina Tar Heels college football team. While nothing is official yet, numerous sports reporters and analysts have come out to discuss the unconventional move.
Brady was recently asked about what he thought about Belichick’s potential move to college football, and whether the coach would easily adjust to the new settings. Brady immediately shot his answer with a resounding, “No!”
Belichick is not exactly known to be an easy-going coach, and might have issues in recruiting 18-year-old football players as per Tom Brady, Julian Edelman and Rob Gronkowski who discussed the topic on FOX. Belichick has a strong coaching portfolio to his name, having coached teams like the New York Jets, the Cleveland Browns, and also being general manager of the New England Patriots.
