The New York Giants have hired John Harbaugh as the next head coach of the organization. This was a major move for the team, and it is expected to be a five-year deal.

Harbaugh and the Giants needed this move because Harbaugh needed a fresh start and New York needed a culture changer. It is going to be interesting to see how this is all going to play out over the next few seasons.
NFL Analyst Praises the New York Giants Organization For Hiring John Harbaugh As Next Head Coach

Dan Orlovsky of ESPN was on Get Up this morning to talk about the Giants hiring Harbaugh as the next head coach. Orlovsky said, “This is the best day the Giants have had since they won the Super Bowl.” They have not had a lot of success since that Super Bowl victory against the New England Patriots. During that stretch from Super Bowl 46 to now, they have two playoff appearances and only one playoff win.
There have been many head coaches between Tom Coughlin and Harbaugh. Ben McAdoo, Joe Judge, Pat Shurmur, and Brian Daboll were some of the others and it has not worked out well. Harbaugh hopes to restore glory to this franchise.
