Cleveland Browns quarterback Shedeur Sanders is looking for more first-team reps with Kenny Pickett being sidelined with a hamstring injury. Pickett, Joe Flacco, and Dillon Gabriel have all received first-team reps during offseason programs and training camp, but Sanders has yet to do so.

Many people are questioning if head coach Kevin Stefanski will give it to him or not. With that being said, Sanders posted on his Twitter page on Sunday night saying,
“Thank you GOD”
This is an interesting time to be posting that on Twitter after the Pickett injury. Does Sanders know that he is going to be getting first-team reps with the Browns this week finally or will it not transpire?
Fans React To Cleveland Browns Quarterback Shedeur Sanders Post On Twitter

To no surprise, there were fans reacting to what Sanders said on Twitter on Sunday night. This is what some fans said to the Browns quarterback:
Thankin’ God ain’t just a moment—it’s the mindset. You still here, still breathin’, still movin’. That’s reason enough. Keep it solid, keep it grateful.

There are some of fans who think that the Browns will give Sanders more first-team reps and also win the job over Gabriel and Flacco now that Pickett is injured. Well, the coaching staff will have to decide whether or not it is finally time to give Sanders first-team reps. He is only 23 years old, but Sanders was a fifth-round pick in the 2025 NFL Draft and that could be why he hasn’t received first team reps yet.
If he does not get first-team reps with this team, the coaching staff may not be as high on him as some of the fans on the outside. It remains to be seen what Cleveland will do with Sanders and his reps throughout the next couple of weeks with Pickett sidelined before the first preseason game.
