Texas Kicker “Distracted” By ASU Girls Just Before Massive Kick In Peach Bowl Kick (Watch)

The Texas Longhorns and Arizona State Sun Devils (ASU) squared off in a Peach Bowl to remember.  Texas wound up victorious in second over time by a score of 39-31.  The 12th ranked Sun Devils were massive underdogs, and came to play with a vengence.

As it turns out, their sidelines were trying to help the team win as well.

A disastrous performance by Texas kicker Bert Auburn in the Sugar Bowl nearly cost his team a spot in the College Football Playoffs semifinals. His struggles may, however, be justified:

If Auburn seemed distracted while missing two potential game-winning field goals during the final two minutes of the game, we now know why.

Video from the game shows the Longhorn kicker appearing to get distracted by two females from ASU who (purposely?) walked right in front of him as he warmed up before attempting his final kick of regulation time.
