The Houston Texans are off to an incredible start in 2024. Through six games, they’re 5-1 and sit atop the AFC South with a comfortable two game lead on the Indianapolis Colts (3-3).

Texans Starter Forced Away From All Team Activities (Breaking)
Texans DT Mario Edwards Jr. is suspended four games without pay for violating the NFL’s Substances of Abuse Policy.
Edwards will be eligible for reinstatement on November 11 following the Texans’ Week 10 game against the Detroit Lions.
As a free agent, Mario Edwards Jr. joined the Texans after spending last year with the Seattle Seahawks. Two sacks, one fumble recovery, and a pass breakup have already been recorded by him this season. Here is a list of his career stats:
