The Washington Commanders and Terry McLaurin have seemingly been at odds for quite some time now. There have been multiple reports that a trade is on the table, which is shocking considering the success the team has last year.
However, the tensions may have reached a boiling point.

Commanders official account posted about players who got married this offseason, but left out WR Terry McLaurin’s wedding.
Terry then liked a post with the caption “absolutely disrespectful” THINGS ARE NOT LOOKING GOOD.

Washington and Terry McLaurin have not been able to reach an agreement on a long-term contract extension.
Clearly, McLaurin wants top receiver money, while the Commanders are looking for a “home team” discount. An impasse has developed between the two sides, leading McLaurin to withdraw from mandatory minicamps.
It will be interesting to see if McLaurin will stay put in Washington or get an opportunity elsewhere.
