Terrion Arnold, cornerback for the Detroit Lions, gave his fans a major heart attack on Tuesday after he was seen exiting practice early. According to team insider Colton Pouncy, Arnold injured his hamstring and had to leave the session earlier. Tuesday was also not the first time that Arnold was seen leaving practice earlier than usual, as the cornerback was spotted exiting early a couple of days ago.

However, Arnold does not seem too worried and even took it upon himself to retweet a post by ‘DetroitSportsPodcast’ that he indeed left practice “confidently”. While the cornerback did not express much, he simply posted two exclamation points, to seemingly drive home the point that he is doing well with his health.
“Terrion Arnold walked off practice confidently” DetroitSportsPodcast tweeted from their X account about Detroit Lions cornerback Terrion Arnold’s hamstring injury.
“‼” Terrion Arnold posted as he retweeted the post by DetroitSportsPodcast.
