The Tennessee Titans are looking to bounce back in week 2 after their heartbreaking 15-16 loss to the New Orleans Saints in week 1. If it weren’t for Ryan Tannehill’s 3 interceptions, the Titans would have had a real shot to win that game by 7 or more points. Nonetheless, they will welcome the Los Angeles Chargers to Nissan Stadium this Sunday. However, they could be doing so without one of the best offensive playmakers.
Tennessee Titans’ Wide Receiver DeAndre Hopkins Shockingly Listed On Week 2 Injury Report
As the first injury report of Week 2 indicated, star receiver DeAndre Hopkins did not practice Wednesday due to an ankle injury.
Despite a 16-15 loss to the New Orleans Saints in Week 1, Hopkins led the Titans in targets (13), receptions (seven), and receiving yards (65) and appeared to be injury-free at the time. Even so, he wasn’t practicing on Wednesday.
In addition to two Titans who missed practice entirely Wednesday, there were three others who were limited. Second-year receiver Treylon Burks was absent due to a non-injury reason, but coach Mike Vrabel expects Burks to be back Thursday.
