The Cincinnati Bengals will be without one of their star wide receivers against the Houston Texans in Week 10. The 5-3 Bengals had two key wide receivers battling injuries this week.
Ja’Marr Chase did not practice Wednesday due to a back injury. He was limited at practice Thursday. Tee Higgins was limited Wednesday but did not practice Thursday due to a hamstring injury.
Cincinnati Bengals to miss wide receiver in Week 10
There was concern earlier this week the Bengals could be without Higgins and Chase against the Texans. According to Ian Rapoport with the NFL Network, head coach Zac Taylor said Higgins and defensive end Sam Hubbard (ankle) have been ruled out of their Week 10 contest.

Chase is practicing Friday, but the Bengals do not know if he can play the Texans.

Higgins is the Bengals’ second-leading receiver this season, behind Chase, with 328 receiving yards and two touchdowns. Higgins’ absence will hurt a passing scheme that has been on fire for their four-game winning streak.
