TCU football reacted to Deion Sanders’ postgame rant after Colorado’s 35-21 loss to the Horned Frogs on Saturday. The Week 6 game marked the Buffaloes’ first return to TCU since Coach Prime’s triumphant debut with CU two years ago.

Following the Week 6 game, Sanders spoke on what makes the Loss more frustrating.
“It’s frustrating because I’m seeing what you see,” Sanders said. “I felt like, and this is no disrespect to TCU, because they’re well-coached, they did a wonderful job, quarterback made plays.
“I feel like we were the better team. Felt like that last week, week before, but yet we’re still in this situation.”

TCU’s official X account didn’t miss the chance to respond with a two-word remark:
“No disrespect.”
After the game, Sanders also opened up about his ongoing health concerns. Coach Prime said he plans to visit his doctor on Monday for further evaluation regarding his blood clot issues.
“I think I got more blood clots,” Sanders said. “Cat’s out of the bag, all right? I think I got more blood clots. It don’t make sense. I’m hurting like crazy.
“So that’s what’s going on. I’m not getting blood to my legs. That’s why my leg is throbbing. Sorry to get that out, but thank you for noticing.”
Deion Sanders Expresses Frustration as Colorado’s Season Slips Away With Losses
After Saturday’s loss, Colorado’s chances in the Big 12 are virtually gone. The Buffaloes’ bowl hopes are quickly slipping away, as they remain winless in conference play and sit at 2-4 overall.
For the second straight week, Deion Sanders’ squad squandered a 14-0 lead by committing four turnovers in their Week 6 loss to TCU. That setback followed a 24-21 loss to BYU the previous week.
The Buffaloes now have more Big 12 losses than they did last season, when they finished 7-2, and Coach Prime expressed frustration with the team’s poor showing against TCU.
“We were beaten in Houston,” Sanders said. “These other games, we had opportunity, ample opportunity to win the games.
“And for some strange reasons, we’re not preparing these young men and equipping them enough to get over that hump, because we get to the same situational football every week, whereas we could go win it, but we could do what we’ve been consistently doing.”
Colorado will next host No. 14 Iowa State on Saturday.
