Taylor Swift was recently at the receiving end of thousands of boos from Eagles fans during the Super Bowl LIX. While Swift has been regularly attending NFL games ever since she started dating Kansas City tight end, Travis Kelce, this is perhaps the first time the pop star has brought about negative reactions from football fans.
Swift showed up to cheer her boyfriend while wearing a white tank top and embellished denim shorts with knee-high boots. She was seated next to rapper Ice Spice when the jumbotron panned on her. While some of the crowd did cheer for her, a tsunami of boos soon followed, mainly from Eagles fans.

Swift was clearly taken aback and took some time to understand that the crowd’s ‘boos’ were actually directed at her. In response, Swift simply wrinkled her nose and gave the crowd a side-eye. Despite Swift supporting him, tight end Travis Kelce only managed four receptions for 39 yards. The Chiefs eventually lost to the Eagles with an abysmal 40-22 final score.
Taylor Swift has been seen regularly at Chiefs games ever since she started dating their tight end, Travis Kelce. Kelce reportedly tried to give Swift a friendship bracelet with his number but apparently failed in his attempt. However, the two somehow managed to connect and wowed football fans and Swifties everywhere when they were seen leaving a Chiefs game together back in 2023.
Taylor Swift Mocked By Donald Trump After Crowd Boos Her
Meanwhile, Taylor Swift was mocked by US President Donald Trump after the Super Bowl crowd booed her. Swift is famously a democrat and supported Kamala Harris throughout her presidential campaign last year. She also encouraged her fans, Swifties, to sign up for voting and also vote for Harris.

President Trump believes that his supporters were the ones who booed Taylor Swift during the Super Bowl. This is of course not the first time Trump has targeted Swift. Last year, Trump came forth to exclaim that he ‘hates’ Taylor Swift. He also mentioned that he sees the pop star always supporting a Democrat and that decision would make her pay a price.
Swift has never really acknowledged Trump hating on her, or even the crowd hating on her, apart from a nose wrinkle and a side-eye. Swift also did not give Kelce her usual signature on-field kiss as the Chiefs lost miserably to the Eagles in the Super Bowl.
