Taylor Swift has penned so many songs that her lyrics are applicable to every situation in life. Recently, Philadelphia Eagles offensive tackle Lane Johnson’s fiancée, Kelsey, used Swift’s lyrics to caption her ‘end of summer’ post on Instagram.
Kelsey, who got engaged to Lane Johnson pretty quickly after his team won the Super Bowl against the Kansas City Chiefs, shared a number of pictures from her summer this year, including one where she caught a fish and another short clip of herself playing around with crab legs.
“August slipped away 🎣☀️💞,” Kelsey Holmer captioned her Instagram post, using some lyrics from Taylor Swift’s ‘August’ son.

Despite summer being over, Kelsey Holmer definitely has plenty to look forward to as her fiance gets ready for another season of football with the Philadelphia Eagles. Lane Johnson and the Eagles will be soon taking on the Dallas Cowboys to open their 2025 NFL season later this week.
Meanwhile, Taylor Swift continues to bask in the joy of her engagement to long-time boyfriend, Travis Kelce. The couple made the announcement of their engagement through a joint Instagram post last week, and the news is still viral today. Kelce popped the question in the backyard of his home in Missouri with a massive engagement ring.
Swift also has a new album coming up and will be eager to see how her 12th studio album performs. Her fiancé, Travis Kelce, will be gearing up for what seems like his final season in the National Football League with the Kansas City Chiefs.

Recently, Travis Kelce’s brother, Jason Kelce appeared on the ‘Bussin’ With The Boys’ and was asked if he would be the tight end’s best man at his wedding to Swift.
“I hope I’m the best man. I’m just hoping to get the opportunity. We’ll see. Trav has a lot of friends.” Jason Kelce remarked on the ‘Bussin’ With The Boys’ podcast.
Travis Kelce indeed has many close buddies, including several players in the NFL itself. Kelce is also quite close to his starting quarterback, Patrick Mahomes. The two share a close bond off the field as well and have even gone into business together with their new steakhouse in Kansas City.
