Cleveland Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski would have never imaged in his wildest dreams that he would be sitting with a 2-8 record after the tenth game of the season, but sadly, it is now a reality.
The Browns have been facing issues all season, from quarterback Deshaun Watson to players quitting the team and even Stefanski giving up the play-calling duties, but the one thing that hasn’t happened yet is a coach or front office member getting fired.
Cleveland Browns Could Be Moving Off Stefanski
A lot of time is left in the year for a coach or front office member to get served their walking papers, which could happen on Friday morning.
This Thursday, the Cleveland Browns welcome in their arch-rival, the Pittsburgh Steelers, and there is a great chance Cleveland will lose.
The bad news for Stefanski is that six of the last seven Browns head coaches have been fired after a loss to Pittsburgh. Since Cleveland will be sitting with a 2-9 record and will have a long week, the position could change.
If the Browns decide to fire Stefanski, look for Mike Vrabel, a Cleveland coaching personnel consultant, to be named interim head coach and maybe the guy for the future.
