Former Georgia Quarterback Stetson Bennett and two-time national champion was arrested in Dallas on a misdemeanor public intoxication charge early this morning.

Around 7:10am on Sunday morning the Dallas Police located Bennet and then put him in police custody, where he was then transported to the City Detention Center. They are charging him with Public Intoxication Bennett is not available for comments at this time.
Stetson Bennett 5’11 190lbs quarterback from Georgia. He played for the Bulldogs for six years and led them to two National Championships. Bennett played in 42 career games had 601 completions for 8,428 yards and 14 touchdowns. He also rushed for 530 yards and 14 touchdowns.

Stetson Bennett started his as a walk-on and was a Heisman finalist this past season this came after he lead the Bulldogs to a perfect season and SEC championship to cap of the season with a National Championship victory.
